Tajinastes Travels acts only as agents for the traveler’s hotels, air tickets, land packages and other services provided; therefore we shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage, delay or inconvenience arising by or in connection with vehicle or any act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default of any company or person engaged in providing such hotel, sightseeing, transportation or other services.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
All travel documents will be delivered approximately 21 days prior to departure. Documents send within 21-7 days before departure are subject to an Express mail charge of $15.00. Express overnight delivery is available at a charge of $20.00
BOOKING FEES, CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Booking fees: Please be advised that there is a non-refundable service fee of $15.00 per reservation.
Changes: A fee of $10.00 per transaction will be charged for any change made to a reservation after booking is confirmed.
Cancellations: Tajinastes Travels will charges the following amounts when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed:

Prices shown in this Web Site are subject to change without prior notice; however, if you have confirmed your booking with a deposit, or if you have already made your final payment, your price will be protected.
